Shipping policy
At The Velvet Noble, we take great care in preparing each order so it arrives beautifully packaged and ready to enjoy. Below you’ll find our current shipping policy, created to keep things simple, fair, and transparent.
Shipping Rates
We currently offer flat-rate shipping based on your order total:
Orders $0–$74.99: $12 shipping
Orders $75 and above: Free shipping
From time to time, select products or promotions may qualify for free shipping. Any current shipping promotions will be shown on our website or at checkout.
Processing & Delivery Times
Most orders ship within 2–4 business days. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow your package on its way to you.
After shipment, most orders arrive within 1–2 weeks, depending on the carrier and delivery location. Please note that delivery times may vary during holidays, launches, high-volume periods, weather delays, or carrier delays outside of our control.
Where We Ship
At this time, The Velvet Noble currently ships within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrectly entered or incomplete shipping address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.
We want your package to arrive as quickly and smoothly as possible, so making sure your address is entered correctly at checkout is very important.
Missing or Undelivered Packages
If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, or if your package appears to be delayed or missing, please reach out to us through our Contact form and include your order number along with any relevant details.
We’ll do our best to look into the issue and help find the best next step.
If missing deliveries become a recurring issue, we may require a $10 signature upon delivery fee for any replacement shipments to help ensure your order arrives safely.
Melted Candles or Heat-Related Shipping Concerns
We do our best to insulate and package our candles carefully so they arrive in beautiful condition. However, during warmer months or extreme temperatures, slight softening or melting may occur in transit.
If your candle arrives slightly melted, please check to make sure the wick is not covered or damaged. If the wick is still in good condition, the next time you light it allow it to reach a full melt pool before extinguishing it. This will reform the candle to its original shape.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, is missing an item, or you received the wrong item, please email us at thevelvetnoblecares@gmail.com with your order number and photos if applicable. We’ll review the issue and help make it right.
Order Changes
Once an order has been placed, it may already be in production. If you need to make a change, please email us as soon as possible at thevelvetnoblecares@gmail.com While we cannot guarantee changes can be made after checkout, we’ll do our best to help when possible.
