What is your return policy?
At The Velvet Noble, we take great care in crafting and packaging our candles and home products. However, we understand that sometimes a return may be necessary.
- We only offer full refunds on orders that are unused, unopened, or arrive damaged.
- Refunds must be requested within 14 days of purchase.
- To initiate a return, please email us at thevelvetnoblecares@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.
- Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damages or Issues:
In the case of damages, missing items, or incorrect items received, please email us at thevelvetnoblecares@gmail.com for further assistance.
Your return should be in its original packaging and original shipping box (if available). Otherwise, pack your return in a well-padded box to prevent damage in transit. Returns of product boxes without product inside will not be accepted.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original method of payment. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Are there any shipping costs?
At The Velvet Noble, we take great care in preparing each order to arrive beautifully packaged and ready to enjoy. Below you’ll find our current flat-rate shipping structure designed to keep things simple, fair, and transparent.
Flat-rate Shipping by Order Total:
- $0-$74.99: $12 SHIPPING
- $75-Upward: FREE SHIPPING
Most orders ship within 2–4 business days and arrive within 1-2 weeks. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your package is on its way.
We currently do not ship outside the USA.
What do I do if I never received my order?
If your package hasn’t arrived, please reach out to us through our contact form provided at the bottom of any page via the "Contact" button. Be sure to include your order number and any relevant details so we can look into this for you as quickly as possible.
If this becomes a recurring issue with your deliveries, we may require a $10 fee for signature upon delivery for any replacement shipments to help ensure your order arrives safely.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrectly entered or incomplete shipping address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order. Please be sure to double-check your shipping information before placing your order so we can get your package to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Can I still change my order?
No. Once you have made your purchase, your order will already be in production. We kindly request that you instead cancel your order by emailing thevelvetnoblecares@gmail.com and re-order once your cancellation is confirmed.
Will my candle melt in Shipping?
We do our best to fully insulate our candle packaging to give your product to you in perfect condition.
While we do our best to make sure your candle doesn't melt, we recognize some situations are unavoidable. If your candle melts slightly in the mail, make sure your wicks aren't covered or damaged. If they seem to be in good condition, light your candle until it re-melts and takes proper form.

How do I receive and use my Velvet Noble Gift Card?
- After purchase, you’ll receive an email containing your unique gift card code.
- Share the email or code with your gift recipient.
- To redeem, enter the code at checkout in the “Discount Code or Gift Card” box on the right-hand side.
What do you mean by "Non-Toxic?"
When we at The Velvet Noble describe a product as non-toxic, we mean that it is formulated without ingredients known to cause harm when used as intended. Our products are designed to be safely enjoyed in the ways they are meant to be used. This includes lighting a candle, warming Velvet Drops, or spraying an Air & Linen Mist.
“Non-toxic” does not mean edible or safe for ingestion. Our products are not food and are never intended for consumption. They are created strictly for external and environmental use only.
As with any fragrance or home product, proper use matters:
• Do not ingest
• Avoid direct contact with eyes
• Keep out of reach of children and pets
• Use only as directed
When used as intended, our products are crafted to provide a safe, beautiful fragrance experience in your space.
Are your products pet safe?
We always formulate our products with clean, high-quality ingredients and safe use in mind. Our fragrances are phthalate-free, and our products are designed to be non-toxic for their intended use.
That said, every pet is different. While our products are generally considered safe for homes with pets (especially when used as directed), we recommend a few simple precautions:
- Keep products out of reach of pets
- Avoid direct contact with your pet’s skin, fur, or bedding
- Allow sprays to fully settle and make sure powders are thoroughly vacuumed before letting pets back into the area
- Ensure proper ventilation when using any home fragrance product
For more sensitive animals, we recommend using extra caution or consulting your veterinarian. Always use precaution when selecting fragrances and know what your pet may be sensitive to.

No, you don't have to create an account. However, we strongly recommend that you create an account so that you can take advantage of the various benefits it offers. How do I change my account password?
