Thank you for shopping with The Velvet Noble. We take great care in crafting, packaging, and preparing each order, and we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, please review our refund and return policy below.
Returns & Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds on eligible items that are unused, unopened, and in their original condition, or on items that arrive damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect.
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and include any original labels or product materials. Proof of purchase, such as your order number or confirmation email, is required.
Items that have been used, opened, damaged after delivery, or are no longer in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please email us at thevelvetnoblecares@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
If your item arrived damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect, please include photos so we can better evaluate the issue and help make it right.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving the wrong item, a defective item, or an item that arrived damaged.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method when sending back a return. The Velvet Noble is not responsible for returns that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit back to us.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect, please contact us right away at thevelvetnoblecares@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
We’ll review the situation and do our best to make it right through a replacement, refund, or store credit when appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety, hygiene, and quality reasons, certain items cannot be returned. This may include:
- Opened or used home fragrance products
- Used candles, sprays, powders, or warmers
- Custom or personalized items
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return or refund.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the eligible item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the item you’d like instead.
In some cases, we may be able to help coordinate an exchange or store credit depending on the situation.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Returned Packages Due to Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrectly entered or incomplete shipping address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.
